Terms of Use and Terms Conditions for Laserdrome Innsbruck
§ 1. Arena
Entering and using the facility is at your own risk. The arena may only be used during game time and only as part of the game. The operator reserves the right to cease operation of the entire facility or parts of the facility for safety reasons.
§ 2. Equipment
Players use the game equipment at their own risk. Players are obliged to handle the equipment carefully. In the event of damage or significant wear and tear to the equipment, the operator reserves the right to claim compensation for damages or usage. If a piece of equipment is defective, the operator may demand compensation of up to EUR 2,000. The participant is entitled to prove that no reduction in value has occurred or that it is significantly lower than the flat rate.
§ 3. Instructions
All instructions and decisions of the operator must be followed. In the event of non-compliance or violations of the operator’s instructions, the participants concerned may be excluded from visiting the facility without any claim to a refund of the fee. Running in the arena is prohibited!
§ 4. Admission Fee
The admission fee is due upon booking the arena and must be paid at the cash desk 15 minutes before the start of the game. In the event of no-shows by participants of registered groups, the operator reserves the right to demand the admission fee for the no-show participants from the attending participants or the person who made the booking. The offered 5- and 10-game blocks may only be redeemed by one person and are non-transferable. Purchase is only possible in conjunction with a Membercard. Purchased single games can only be redeemed on the day of purchase. Lost Membercards will not be reimbursed.
§ 5. Game Cancellation
If the guest ends the use of the arena prematurely at their own request, there is no claim for a partial or complete refund of the admission fee.
§ 6. Cloakroom
No liability is assumed for the loss of valuables on the premises.
§ 7. Alcohol
The sale of alcohol to minors is not permitted. A valid photo ID must be presented upon request. Entering and using the facility under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
§ 8. Smoking Ban
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility.
§ 9. Photos/Video
The creation of photographic or film material for commercial purposes is prohibited within the entire facility without express permission.
Our Lasertag Arena is under video surveillance. Videos are recorded. Images of visitors may also be taken and published.
§ 10. Limitation of Liability
In the event of accidents or injuries and resulting damages to participants caused by the use of equipment or the arena, the operator assumes no liability for negligent conduct. This limitation does not apply to liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
By entering our premises, every guest fundamentally agrees to these house rules.
Warning:
Stroboscopic effects are used at this event. Under certain flash frequencies, epileptic seizures may be triggered. Epileptics or persons at risk of epilepsy should stay away from the stroboscopic lighting area.
